
Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 1 hour, rinsed & drained) |
¼ cup water |
½ cup lemon juice |
3 tablespoons Organic Savoury Yeast Flakes |
1 tablespoon Organic Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed |
1 garlic clove |
1 teaspoon Organic Ground Turmeric |
sea salt & black pepper, to taste |
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, and process until smooth.
2. Season to taste.
3. Pour into a glass jar and put in the fridge overnight to set to a cream cheese consistency.
