Refund & Return Policy

At Flannerys we take great care on selecting good quality, ethical goods for you & we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you need to return an item for any reason, we’re only too happy to help.

In light of the current Corona pandemic, from 16th March 2020, we will not accept change of mind purchases, to discourage over-purchasing. Please be mindful with your consumption and if you have items you no longer need, we encourage donations to community organisations or your community members.

Our Refund & Returns Policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Flannerys accepts product returns if there is a fault or defect and you can present your receipt as proof of purchase.

Flannerys reserves the right to not offer a refund or exchange if the product fault is a result of misuse or neglect. If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. Please speak with one of our helpful team members in store.

Please return the item within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
Any refunds will be at the purchased price.
