Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Ashbern Farms organic strawberries, stems removed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 70 C.
  2. Scrunch baking paper and dip baking paper into water and then place on baking tray. This will prevent the mixture from crinkling.
  3. Purée the strawberries in a food processor until smooth. Stir in maple syrup.
  4. Pour the strawberry purée on to the baking sheet and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 3-4 hours.
  6. When they are done, you will be able to touch them and it’s no longer sticky. If it’s still sticky return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into desired strips once cooked and store in an airtight container.
