Soba Vegetable Noodles
Soba noodles are a fun alternative to pasta, plus they have a silky texture. This simple combination of soba noodles and stir fried vegetables takes minutes to prepare yet tastes delicious. Ingredients
400g Hakubaku Organic Soba Noodles |
2 Organic Zucchinis, diced |
1 Organic Red Capsicum, finely sliced |
1 Organic Yellow Capsicum, finely sliced |
1 Punnet Organic Cherry Tomatoes |
2 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos |
Flannerys Own Organic Sesame Seeds, to serve |
Method
1. Cook noodles as per the packet’s directions.
2. In a large fry pan, add a small amount of olive oil over medium heat. Add zucchini, capsicums and tomatoes and gently sauté until softened.
3. Add cooked and drained soba noodles and combine with vegetables.
4. Add aminos, stirring gently. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
