Mint Chocolate Chia Mousse
There is nothing more comforting than chocolate mousse. Treat yourself to our Mint Chocolate Chia Mousse – it’s delicious!
- 400ml can full fat coconut cream
- 1/2 cup Flannerys Own Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract or essence
- 3 TBS Flannerys Own Organic Maple Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/4 cup Flannerys Own Organic Chia Seeds
- Combine all ingredients, except the chia seeds, in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Transfer mix to a large bowl and stir in the chia seeds.
- Pour mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate overnight.
