Hot Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Hot Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup Collagen Hot Chocolate
  • ⅔ cup salted butter, melted
  • ½ cup hot milk

     

  • 2 cups coconut sugar

     

  • 2 eggs

     

  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

     

  • 1 ⅓ cup plain flour (your choice)

     

  • ¼ tsp salt

     

  • ½ tsp baking powder

     

  • 3/4 chocolate bar (or melts) chopped
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or melts, for topping

 

 

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees and line small rectangle tray (20 x 10) with baking paper
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Nutra Organics Collagen Hot Chocolate powder and hot milk
  3. Whisk in the melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla
  4. Then, stir in the flour, salt, baking soda and chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and top with pieces of the chopped chocolate
  6. Bake for 30 mins
  7. Once baked, leave to cool for 10 mins while you melt the chocolate for the final drizzle.
  8. Slice and drizzle with melted chocolate to serve
  9. Try not to eat the whole batch prior to serving. They are that good.
