Homemade Honey & Ginger Switchel

A refreshing and naturally sweet drink loaded with beneficial mothers from apple cider vinegar and honey. Supports digestion while hydrating.

Makes 1 to 2 drinks

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar

4 teaspoons honey (we recommend Ambrosia Raw honey)

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 cup filtered water

Method

  • 1. Mix all ingredients into a glass decanter or bottle.

  • 2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2.5 hours.

  • 3. Stir the mixture and strain before serving.

  • 4. Pour straight over ice or for a bit of fizz use sparkling water
