Creamy Raspberry Almond Smoothie
Deliciously creamy energy filled smoothie, packed with omega 3’s and antioxidants!
Plus the chia seeds help satisfy your cravings – keeping you fuller for longer.
- 3/4 cup Coconut Yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
- 1/4 cup Flannerys Raw Almonds, pre-soaked if you have time! (or use 1/3 cup of Flannerys Almond Spread)
- 2 TBS Flannerys Organic Chia Seeds
- 3/4 cup coconut or almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 3/4 cup frozen organic raspberries + extra for topping
- 1 TBS Flannerys Organic Honey to sweeten
- Add all the ingredients to a blender until smooth & creamy
- Serve with extra raspberries on top & enjoy!
