Blue Frog Overnight ‘Probiotic’ Bircher

We have a fun and healthy breakfast alternative for you! Add a bit of colour into your morning with these cerealsy delicious overnight birchers full of probiotics and all the good stuff!
Ingredients
40g of Vanilla Bean Probiotic Porridge |
1 tsp of chia seeds |
½ grated green apple |
Squeeze of lemon juice |
1 tbsp of coconut yoghurt |
100ml of coconut milk |
½ tsp of blue spirulina* - for more breakfast fun, you can also use pitaya or turmeric |
Method
1. Mix blue spirulina and coconut milk together.
2. Combine and mix all remaining ingredients together and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
3. Top with coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, mango or your favourite Blue Frog cereals!
