Blue Frog Overnight ‘Probiotic’ Bircher

vegan | 1 serving | Recipe by Blue Frog Breakfast

We have a fun and healthy breakfast alternative for you! Add a bit of colour into your morning with these cerealsy delicious overnight birchers full of probiotics and all the good stuff!

Ingredients

40g of Vanilla Bean Probiotic Porridge

1 tsp of chia seeds

½ grated green apple

Squeeze of lemon juice

1 tbsp of coconut yoghurt

100ml of coconut milk

½ tsp of blue spirulina* - for more breakfast fun, you can also use pitaya or turmeric

Method

  • 1. Mix blue spirulina and coconut milk together.

  • 2. Combine and mix all remaining ingredients together and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.

  • 3. Top with coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, mango or your favourite Blue Frog cereals!
