We eat with our eyes I know, and presentation is everything BUT throw that out the window for now.  This is my version of a little treat after dinner…hits the taste spot but not that easy on the eye.

Ingredients

¼ cup of frozen blueberries (or mixed)

1 tbsp nut butter or peanut butter

1 tbsp shredded coconut

1-2 tbsp coconut cream

1 tsp pepitas

1 tsp sunflower seeds

1 tbsp MCT or coconut oil

Method

  • 1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients

  • 2. Serve
