Bite-Sized Almond Fudge
Whip up this healthy gluten free almond fudge within minutes. An easy and healthy sweet treat the kids will love in their lunchbox or as an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
½ cup Flannerys Own Almond Nut Spread |
2 ½ tablespoons Flannerys Own Certified Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil |
2 tablespoons Flannerys Own Organic Maple Syrup or sweetener of your choice |
Flannerys Own Insecticide-Free Almonds to decorate |
Method
1. In a small saucepan, heat the almond spread, coconut oil and maple syrup until melted.
2. Stir until ingredients are combined well and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and immediately spoon the mixture into small bite-sized moulds (ice trays can also work well).
4. Press one almond gently into each piece of fudge then freeze for a few hours until solid.
