Apple cider vinegar is a wonder product that not only naturally promotes digestion & balances pH levels, it can also be used for multiple purposes.
Here’s 5 life hacks to get you started on your apple cider vinegar journey…
#1 Superstar Cleaner
Apple cider vinegar can also be used as a natural cleaning celebrity in your home, as the antibacterial properties in apple cider vinegar make a fantastic multi-purpose and non-toxic disinfectant. Just mix ½ cup of Braggs Apple Cider vinegar with 1 cup water in a spray bottle to clean your entire bathroom, kitchen and floors with this natural blend.
#2 Bye Dandruff
Apple cider vinegar has both anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory qualities, which can soothe irritated scalps. Using apple cider vinegar as an anti-dandruff method can help to remove product build-up and balance the pH levels of your scalp. Simply combine equal parts apple cider vinegar and water to a spray bottle and apply directly onto your scalp. Leave for 10 minutes and rinse with water.
#3 Deodorise Odours
Acids found in apple cider vinegar remove toxins and bacteria by stabilising the pH levels of your skin. For a deodorising foot soak, mix one part apple cider vinegar to two parts water and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes. Another great hack is using apple cider vinegar as a natural deodorant. You can eliminate unwanted body odour by dabbing some on your underarm area and then rinsing with water.
#4 One for the Ladies
Apple cider vinegar is fantastic for cleaning those moon cups and menstrual sponges. Apply 50/50 apple cider vinegar and water along with some gentle soap and rinse. This is a natural, safe and gentle approach that won’t affect your pH balance.
#5 Fabric Softener
Apple cider vinegar is a naturally safe, hypoallergenic alternative to soften your laundry loads. Also known for removing bacteria and chemical build-up, in addition to keeping your clothes lint and static free! Pour in ¼ cup straight into your laundry dispenser per load and wash away.
