Walnut Pesto Pasta
- Flannerys Own Gluten-Free Pasta
- 1 cup Flannerys Own Walnuts
- ½ cup Fresh Basil leaves
- ½ cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves, peeled
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Flannerys Own Flaxseed Oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Sea salt and cracked pepper
- Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil, salt, then add pasta and start cooking.
- Meanwhile, place all other ingredients in food processor and blitz until almost smoothe.
- Once pasta is cooked, add the pesto and sprinkle some extra parmesan cheese as a garnish.
