Walnut Pesto Pasta


Flannerys Own Gluten-Free Pasta

1 cup Flannerys Own Walnuts

½ cup Fresh Basil leaves

½ cup Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped

4 Garlic Cloves, peeled

½ cup Parmesan Cheese

½ cup Flannerys Own Flaxseed Oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Sea salt and cracked pepper


  • 1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil, salt, then add pasta and start cooking.

  • 2. Meanwhile, place all other ingredients in food processor and blitz until almost smoothe.

  • 3. Once pasta is cooked, add the pesto and sprinkle some extra parmesan cheese as a garnish.
