Nori and miso are packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals so you’ve found the perfect way to increase both flavour and nutrition factor in your everyday meals.

What nutrients are we talking about?

Seaweed, along with it’s strong antioxidant properties, is also a fantastic source of Iodine which is necessary for thyroid function and a healthy metabolism. You’re also getting a dose of healthy fats and minerals such as iron, manganese, zinc and selenium.
Miso is also rich in essential vitamins and minerals as well as being a gut-friendly fermented food.

Ingredients

4 sheets Honest Sea Sushi Nori

8 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

2/3 cup olive oil

½ cup Ceres Organic tamari

2 tbsp. Meru Miso white miso paste

2 tsp. sesame oil

2 large pinches Himalayan pink salt

2 tsp. sesame seeds

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 180c.

  • 2. Bake nori sheets for 5 minutes, until lightly toasted.

  • 3. Add all ingredients into a blender and….BLEND! That’s it.
