What nutrients are we talking about?
Seaweed, along with it’s strong antioxidant properties, is also a fantastic source of Iodine which is necessary for thyroid function and a healthy metabolism. You’re also getting a dose of healthy fats and minerals such as iron, manganese, zinc and selenium.
Miso is also rich in essential vitamins and minerals as well as being a gut-friendly fermented food.

Ingredients
4 sheets Honest Sea Sushi Nori |
8 tbsp. rice wine vinegar |
2/3 cup olive oil |
½ cup Ceres Organic tamari |
2 tbsp. Meru Miso white miso paste |
2 tsp. sesame oil |
2 large pinches Himalayan pink salt |
2 tsp. sesame seeds |
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180c.
2. Bake nori sheets for 5 minutes, until lightly toasted.
3. Add all ingredients into a blender and….BLEND! That’s it.
