Vegan Vanilla Thickshake

1 Vego hazelnut chocolate bar

2 cups Coyo vanilla bean & nutmeg dairy-free ice cream, plus extra scoops

¾ cup organic soy milk

Flannerys Own certified organic desiccated coconut


  • 1. Melt Vego chocolate bar in a small heat-proof bowl over boiling water. Smear on the bottom and sides of glasses.

  • 2. Blend ice cream and soy milk for a few seconds, and pour into glasses. Top with an extra scoop of ice cream, then sprinkle with coconut. Enjoy immediately.
