Vegan Berry Smoothie
Great for summer days!
- 2 frozen organic bananas – if you don’t have any on hand, add a few ice cubes as well
- 1 cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc) – fresh or frozen
- 2/3 cup Flannerys Raw Cashews. If you have time, pre soak these to get maximum digestive nutrition
- 4 medjool dates – again if you can soak these overnight to help soften them
- Blend all ingredients together in a high powdered blender, until smooth
- If the mixture becomes too think, add some filtered water of coconut water!
