Vegan Berry Smoothie

Great for summer days!

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen organic bananas – if you don’t have any on hand, add a few ice cubes as well
  • 1 cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc) – fresh or frozen
  • 2/3 cup Flannerys Raw Cashews.  If you have time, pre soak these to get maximum digestive nutrition
  • 4 medjool dates – again if you can soak these overnight to help soften them

Method

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high powdered blender, until smooth
  • If the mixture becomes too think, add some filtered water of coconut water!
