The Monday Food Co. Macadamia Cluster Acai

It’s acai season! Our bowl is made with a refined sugar-free base, blended with frozen fruit for natural sweetness and a boost of antioxidants. It’s finished with fresh seasonal fruit, natural peanut butter and The Monday Food Co. Low Carb Macadamia Clusters Granola for added crunch, fibre and healthy fats, making it a balanced breakfast or snack that will keep you feeling satisfied all throughout summer!

Makes: 1

Ingredients:

Base

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen acai sachet
  • 5 frozen whole strawberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup The Monday Food Co. Macadamia Clusters Granola
  • 1 strawberry, chopped
  • 1/3 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Method:

  1. Add the frozen banana, frozen acai, frozen strawberries and coconut water to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until thick, smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  3. Sprinkle half of the granola into the base of a serving bowl or glass.
  4. Pour the acai mixture over the granola.
  5. Top with the remaining granola, sliced banana, chopped strawberry and natural peanut butter. Enjoy!
