Flannerys

Superfood Breakfast Mix

A Flannerys take on Jamie Oliver’s granola dust recipe, this breakfast mix is an essential superfood staple in the pantry!

Oats provide plenty of energy and heart-healthy beta glucans to help last you throughout the day. Nuts and chia seeds are packed with nourishing fats, vitamins and protein, while dried fruit provides a hit of natural sweetness. Adding coffee helps invigorate your brain for the day ahead, and of course we all love the amazing benefits of cacao powder; being tonnes of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. This mix is a balanced and highly nutritious alternative to sugar-laden cereals that you’ll love nourishing your body with each day.
