Spicy Kale Chips
Include this fantastic leafy green into your daily diet
Ingredients
- half a bunch of organic kale
- 1 – 2 TBS Flannerys Certified Organic Olive Oil
- 1 TBS Flannerys Himalyan Salt – Fine
- 2/3 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Method
- Wash and dry kale leafs, removing stalks and tearing the leafs into rough bite sized pieces
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees
- In a large bowl, toss the kale leaves in the oil, salt and spices – making sure all the kale is well coated
- On a lined baking try, spread out the leaves and bake for roughly 20 mins – turning and checking to see if they brown. You might need to cook longer depending on your oven and the amount of kale you have
- They will be cooked when they are crispy to touch
