Paleo Chocolate Cupcakes

Easy peasy 5 minute Paleo Chocolate Cupcakes made with Natural Evolution Green Banana Flour.

What is Green Banana Flour?

Perfectly suited for baking. Made from green Cavendish bananas grown on the Atherton Tablelands. This flour is gluten free and replaces any other flour easily.


  • 1 1/2 cup Natural Evolution Green Banana Flour
  • 1 tsp bi-carb soda
  • 3 TBS Flannerys Own Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup Flannerys Own Organic Coconut Sugar
  • 2 TBS Flannerys Own Organic Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 140g Flannerys Own Organic Coconut Oil
  • 2 eggs


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Place all ingredients in bowl and mix very well until combined. Alternatively you can use a Thermomix or a food processor.
  • Pour mixture into greased/lined patty pans. Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.
