Maca Chocolate Mousse
Easy to make and pop in the fridge for an after dinner treat!
- 1 Organic avocado, de-pitted and the flesh scooped out
- 2 tsp Flannerys Organic Maca Powder
- 2 TBS Flannerys Organic Cacao Powder
- 2 Medjool dates, de-pitted and pre-soaked if you have time
- 1 TBS Flannerys Organic Maple Syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
- 1 Organic banana
- 1/3 cup Coconut Milk (or milk alternative). Adjust and add more depending on desired consistency
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender
- Process until smooth and silky, with no hidden lumps
- Taste and add more sweetener or milk if required
- Pop in the fridge for a few hours to set and serve with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, toasted coconut or toasted hazelnuts!
