Maca Chocolate Mousse

Easy to make and pop in the fridge for an after dinner treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic avocado, de-pitted and the flesh scooped out
  • 2 tsp Flannerys Organic Maca Powder
  • 2 TBS Flannerys Organic Cacao Powder
  • 2 Medjool dates, de-pitted and pre-soaked if you have time
  • 1 TBS Flannerys Organic Maple Syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 Organic banana
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Milk (or milk alternative). Adjust and add more depending on desired consistency

Method

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender
  • Process until smooth and silky, with no hidden lumps
  • Taste and add more sweetener or milk if required
  • Pop in the fridge for a few hours to set and serve with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, toasted coconut or toasted hazelnuts!
