Healthy Gingerbread Men

Ingredients
- 2 cups Flannerys Almond Meal
- 2 TBS Flannerys Coconut Flour
- 3 TBS Flannerys Organic Coconut Oil, melted
- 2 TBS Tapioca Starch
- 1/2 tsp Bicarb Soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 4 TBS Rice Syrup or Flannerys Organic Maple Syrup
Method
- Add all the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well.
- Then add the wet ingredients until it forms a dough (if it’s still too dry, add 1 TBS of water)
- Roll out the dough until flat, and cut out shapes with a gingerbread man cutter.
- The dough should make around 8 gingerbread men
- Place on baking paper into a preheated oven at 160 degrees – for around 20 minutes.
Chocolate Topping
- 1/2 TBS Beetroot Powder
- 1/4 cup Flannerys Cacao Butter, melted
- 5 TBS Flannerys Cacao Powder
- 4 TBS Rice Syrup
Add all ingredients together and stir well. Top the gingerbread men + any other decorations and place n the freezer to set.
