Golden Coconut Overnight Breakfast Jar

A complete POWER breakfast jar. Oats are loaded with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidant plant compounds and are one of the most nutrient foods you can eat. This combined with turmeric, cinnamon & COYO natural – a deliciously smooth yogurt created from pure coconut milk will have your taste buds going crazy for more.

Ingredients:

To soak:

  • 1 cup OWN organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nutty bruce coconut almond milk
  • 2 tbsp natural COYO
  • 2 tbsp organic raisins
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp OWN chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Ambrosia organic honey

To top:

  • 3 tbsp natural COYO
  • 8 OWN IF almonds (roughly chopped)
  • Fresh raspberries (optional)

Method:
  1. Mix together oats & raisins in desired jar and set aside
  2. Combine milk, 2 tbsp coyo, turmeric, cinnamon, chia seeds & honey and blitz in blender
  3. Pour milky mixture over oats – this should totally cover your oats (if it hasn’t covered and soaked completely add some more almond milk)
  4. Add COYO & raspberries (or other desired fruit) on top and put lid on and leave in the fridge over night
  5. Top with chopped almonds
