Gluten Free Turkey Sliders + Creamy Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 450grms of ground organic turkey
- 1 organic free range egg
- 1 cup of freshly chopped mint & parsley
- 1 garlic glove, finely sliced or minced
- 1 organic zuchinni, grated
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Flannerys Himalayan Sea Sea and ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
Zesty Yoghurt Dressing
- 1 cup of Organic Greek Yoghurt
- Juice of an organic lemon + zest
- 1 TBS Flannerys Organic EV Olive Oil
- Flannerys Himalayan Sea Sea and ground black pepper to taste
- Optional fresh chilli – just a little!
- Gluten free burger buns
- Fresh salad ingredient: avocado, cos tomato, lettuce, spring onion plus extra fresh flat leaf parsley
Method
- Combine all the meat pattie ingredients together in a large bowl – mix well with your hands.
- Scoop small handfuls out and roll to make patties – Tip: ( if the mixture is having trouble sticking together, roll the balls in a little almond meal before lightly frying)
- Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan – medium heat and cook patties until golden brown on all sides – roughly 5 mins per side
- Make the zesty yoghurt by mixing all ingredients together.
- Put the sliders together with the remaining ingredients and smoother with yoghurt sauce!
