Energise Me Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 3 tsp Nutra Organics Super Greens + Reds
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup plain greek yoghurt
  • 2 limes
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Small handful of ice

 

Method:
  1. Cut limes in half & put them in a blender with 1 cup of water.
  2.  Blitz them & then strain the juice to remove the solids.
  3. Return the lime water to the blender & add in the banana, yoghurt, honey, vanilla, Ice & a serve of Super Greens + Reds.
  4. Blitz until smooth & enjoy.
