Dill and Pecan Salmon
An easy bake dinner this summer
Ingredients
- One large wild caught salmon fillet (order from your local Flannerys)
- A handful of fresh dill, roughly chopped (or 2 tsp dried dill)
- 1 garlic glove, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Flannerys Organic Coconut Oil (or organic butter)
- 1 1/2 cups Flannerys Pecan Kernels
- Flannerys Himalayan Salt + fresh black pepper to season generously
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees or use the BBQ
- Add dill, pecans, garlic, salt, pepper and oil/butter to a blender and pulse until roughly combined
- Wash & dry salmon, then lay on baking foil on a tray
- Cover the salmon with the pecan mixture, spreading evenly
- Bake for roughly 20 minutes or until cooked to your liking
- Serve with fresh organic lemon slices
