Crunchy Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of washed and thinly sliced organic kale
  • 1 cup of washed and thinly sliced organic red cabbage
  • 1 cup of thinly sliced organic apple
  • 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TBS Flannerys Certified Organic Honey
  • 3 TBS Flannerys Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 TBS Flannerys Certified Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup chopped Flannerys Walnuts or Almonds
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Himalayan salt and ground pepper to season

Method:

  • Toss the cabbage, kale, nuts and apple together
  • Make the dressing by whisking together the remaining ingredients
  • Either serve the dressing on the side or lightly pour over and toss the salad again to cover.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs ie. parsley
