Back-to-School Coconut Salad Wraps!

GF, makes 1 wrap

Do you love wraps but would prefer to avoid gluten? We have the answer…coconut wraps! Fill them up with all of your favourite fillings. These wraps are an ideal filler for the kids lunchboxes!

Ingredients

1 coconut wrap

¼ cup sauerkraut

1 tbsp of Vegenaise  

3 tbsp grated cheese or DF alternative (we suggest daiya)

2 organic iceberg lettuce leaves

½ organic tomato, sliced

4 slices organic cucumber

¼  cup organic grated carrot

¼  cup organic grated beetroot

3 slices of organic avocado

Method

  • 1. Spread veganise over the wrap and start with building up the ingredients. We suggest starting with the lettuce leaves. Follow-on with carrot, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes, sauerkraut, avocado and finally cheese.
