  • 300ml coconut water
  • 2 TBS Flannerys Own Organic Cacao Powder
  • 4 Flannerys Own Dates
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 TBS Flannerys Own Peanut Cacao Spread
  • 2 TBS Flannerys Own Chia Seeds

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender & process until smooth.
