- 2 TBS Flannerys Own Organic Cacao Powder
- 4 Flannerys Own Dates
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 TBS Flannerys Own Peanut Cacao Spread
- 2 TBS Flannerys Own Chia Seeds
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender & process until smooth.
