Chocolate Chip Paleo Cookies
You can’t get much better then a warm, ooey-gooey, chocolate chip cookie! This version is sure to be a favourite.
Ingredients
2 cups Flannerys Own Almond Meal |
1/4 tsp sea salt |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/4 cup Flannerys Own Coconut Oil, softened |
3 tbsp Flannerys Own Maple Syrup |
2 tsp vanilla extract |
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips |
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the almond meal, sea salt, and baking soda, then add the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract, mix well.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips, then spoon rounded tablespoons of mixture onto a lined baking tray.
4. Press down gently with a fork to flatten. Bake at 180°C for 8–9 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before diving in!
