Ingredients (Base)

  • 2/3 cup Flannerys Own Almond Meal
  • 1/3 cup Flannerys Own Organic Coconut Flour
  • 2 TBS Flannerys Own Organic Coconut Oil
  • 2 TBS rice malt syrup

Ingredients (Choc Layer)

  • 3 cups Flannerys Own Organic Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 3 TBS rice malt syrup
  • 3 TBS Flannerys Own Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Flannerys Own Organic Cacao Powder

Ingredients (Almond Topping)

  • 2 TBS Flannerys Own Organic Coconut Oil
  • 2 TBS rice malt syrup
  • 1 TBS Flannerys Own Almond Spread


  • Combine base ingredients and press into regular lined square cake tin. Freeze.
  • Process choc layer ingredients until relatively smooth. Pour over base and freeze.
  • Combine almond topping ingredients until smooth and spread over choc layer that should be set.
  • Refrigerate for use within a week or freeze for longer lasting freshness.
