Cashew Choc Smoothie
This creamy nut smoothie will satisfy your cravings!
- 6 TBS vanilla Greek or coconut yoghurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 TBS Flannerys Raw Cashews (soaked overnight if possible)
- 1/2 cup organic spinach
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup chocolate almond/soy/coconut milk
- Chopped nuts to garnish
- If you have soaked your cashews overnight, drain and add to a blender
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy
- If the mixture is too thick for your liking – add more milk
- Top with chopped nuts – walnuts, cashews etc and even some cacao nibs!
