Caramel Walnut Toffee
For a sweet treat this Christmas make up a batch of our Caramel Walnut Toffee.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Flannerys Own Dates, soaked in hot water & drained
- 1/2 cup Flannerys Own Hulled Tahini
- 2 TBS Flannerys Own Organic Coconut Oil
- 1/4 tsp Flannerys Own Fine Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 cup Flannerys Own Walnut Halves, roughly chopped
Method
- Add the dates, tahini, coconut oil & salt to a food processor and blend until thick & creamy.
- Add in the walnuts & blitz for around 30 seconds or until the walnuts are evenly distributed through the mixture but still chunky.
- Transfer the mixture to a line slice tin & freeze until set.
