Cacao Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Summertime is well on its way and that can only mean one thing… the return of delicious cold bowls of goodness. This is the perfect way to hit those sweet cravings without feeling bad. “Nice Cream” has a banana base making it super creamy. This chocolate nice cream inspired bowl is topped with paleo hero vegan muesli giving the perfect crunchy texture.

Ingredients:
  • 1x organic frozen banana
  • 5x Ashbern Farm cert. organic strawberries (three to blend, two to top)
  • 1 tbsp Flannerys  OWN cacao
  • Dash plant milk — we love Nutty Bruce Almond & Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Paleo Hero vegan muesli
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs

Method:
  1. Blend banana, strawberries and cacao — add a dash of milk to allow movement and find desired consistency (less is more here, we want it to resemble ice cream. You can add more liquid for a runnier consistency)
  2. Spoon mixture into a bowl and top with muesli, cacao nibs and strawberries
  3. ENJOY!
