Blueberry Smoothie Icy poles

With just 3 ingredients, these delicious blueberry ice poles are a healthy alternative rich in antioxidants, essential vitamins and fibre! The kids will love them as a tasty treat after school and on the weekends.

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Paleo

Makes 10

Ingredients

1 can organic coconut milk

3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

3 tbsp organic pure maple syrup

Method

  • 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  • 2. Pour mixture into icy pole moulds, leaving space at the top for mixture to expand.

  • 3. Insert icy pole sticks and freeze overnight.

  • 4. To remove from mould, run under warm water for a few seconds.
