Berry & Almond Crunch Yoghurt Bark

Cool down with a refreshing & nutritious treat—yoghurt bark topped with fresh berries, almond butter & crushed choc banana granola bites. Perfect for a quick snack or breakfast on the go!

makes: 6 large pieces | prep time: 10 mins | set time: 2 hours

Yoghurt Bark

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups yoghurt – we love COYO greek style
  • 5-8 Ashbern Farms Strawerries
  • 2 tbps Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp choc banana granola bites (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Flannerys OWN almond butter

 

Method:
  1. Spread yoghurt onto lined baking tray.
  2. Slice strawberries & set aside.
  3. Place strawberries, blueberries, crushed granola bites on to smeared yogurt, press down slightly to ensure they are combined.
  4. Evenly spoon small amounts of almond butter onto yoghurt.
  5. Place in freezer for 2 hours.
  6. Once solid, break apart.
  7. Store in freezer.
