Berry & Almond Crunch Yoghurt Bark
Cool down with a refreshing & nutritious treat—yoghurt bark topped with fresh berries, almond butter & crushed choc banana granola bites. Perfect for a quick snack or breakfast on the go!

makes: 6 large pieces | prep time: 10 mins | set time: 2 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups yoghurt – we love COYO greek style
- 5-8 Ashbern Farms Strawerries
- 2 tbps Blueberries
- 2 tbsp choc banana granola bites (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Flannerys OWN almond butter
Method:
- Spread yoghurt onto lined baking tray.
- Slice strawberries & set aside.
- Place strawberries, blueberries, crushed granola bites on to smeared yogurt, press down slightly to ensure they are combined.
- Evenly spoon small amounts of almond butter onto yoghurt.
- Place in freezer for 2 hours.
- Once solid, break apart.
- Store in freezer.
