Banana Oat Cookies
Delicious flour & egg free oat cookies – with the added goodness of Flannerys Organic Peanut Butter!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe organic bananas – mashed
- 1 1/2 cups Flannerys Organic Rolled Oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Flannerys Organic Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup organic milk chocolate, chopped into chunks (or swap with cacao nibs or raisins)
- pinch of sea salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Mix mashed banana, oats, cinnamon, peanut butter and salt in a bowl
- Gently fold in chocolate chunks
- Scoop into cookie balls on a lined tray and bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked all the way through
