Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

Delicious quick and easy recipe for an apple cider vinegar based dressing that will leave you feeling fresh & light.

Ingredients

¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar

½ cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Hemp Oil

1 TBS Organic Dijon Mustard

1 clove of fresh garlic / finely chopped or crushed

1 TBS of Organic Raw honey (or maple if vegan) for a little sweetness

Juice of 1 organic lemon

Salt and pepper to season

Handful of Organic Spinach

Optional: Add other citrus flavours such as blood orange or mandarin juice

Optional: Blend with a little ripe avocado and vegan mayo for a creamy style dressing

Optional: Add spices such as cumin, curry powder or paprika for a kick

Method

  • 1. Combine all ingredients and blend.

  • 2. Drizzle over salad and enjoy.
