Amazonia Acai Bowl
Ingredients
ONE pack of frozen Acai Pure or Acai Energy |
Organic Apple Juice or Coconut Water - half a cup (add more to give a runnier consistency) |
1 organic frozen banana |
½ -1 cup granola |
Optional: natural sweetener, additional toppings of choice. |
Method
1. Combine frozen acai & banana (broken into chunks) in a high powered blender.
2. Add juice or coconut water to blend until thick & smooth.
3. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, sliced fruit and/or other toppings.
