Almond Butter Fudge Bites

Ingredients
Chocolate layer:
- 1/3 cup cacao butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- Pinch sea salt
Almond butter layer:
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2–3 tbsp coconut cream
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch sea salt

Method:
1. Line a small loaf tin or container with baking paper.
2. Gently melt cacao butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk cocoa powder until smooth. Add maple syrup, coconut cream and sea salt and stir until glossy and fully combined. Pour into the lined tin and spread evenly. Place in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until just set.
3. In a bowl, mix almond butter, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla and sea salt until smooth and thick but spreadable.
4. Spread the almond butter mixture over the chocolate layer and smooth the top.
5. Chill for at least 2–3 hours or until fully set. Lift out and slice into 16 squares. Store in the fridge.
