If the packaging is anything to go by with its bright pops of colour, it is no wonder Monday Food Co. owner Indi Sutton is a ray of sunshine. Growing her company with all the right ethos, the Monday Food Co began in her kitchen, born out of a frustration at the lack of truly nourishing, readily available breakfast options. Having expanded into delicious, quick and healthy paleo mixes, we are excited to see what Indi has planned next for this amazing nourishing company.

With most ideas they progress organically and just feel right as it expands into something bigger. Indi says it has been an incredible journey so far, to be able to produce something that people love and is super healthy for them.

“Using my background in Naturopathy and raw food production I created a granola to sustain myself throughout the busy days. I have a holistic approach to health, and a strong belief that you really are what you eat. Which is why I have taken it back to basics” Indi says.

“Hand creating a 100% organic, gluten free, grain free and sugar free granola, which has been nutritionally based upon the paleo ethos. Consumers are super ecstatic that Monday Food Co ticks all the boxes that they are looking for.”

Interesting enough, this calm and quiet Indi, put herself on the Shark Tank, a TV show where you pitch to investors and she won the backing of a renowned investor who saw benefit in supporting her business.

“When you are so passionate about what you are creating, you go to all measures necessary to make the vision continue. I was so nervous yet knew it was want I needed to do for the company to continue to grow. ”
