What once was a vision and dream has turned into reality for Matt and Mitch, an uncle and nephew, whose love for healthy living, organic eating, sustainability and above all, good quality coffee has brought them together to create a blend that is set to wow.

Mitch said they worked on perfecting the coffee blend for over six months, through a massive amount of trialling, tweaking and then mastering their mouth-watering punchy but smooth blend. So much so, that in 2016 they took out the silver medal at the Gold Bean Roasters Competition Nationally. Truly amazing results as a start-up company.

Mitch and Matt’s dream of offering the best organic coffee to the health-conscious consumers is continuing to grow as we launch ‘Nothing But Coffee’ at our new Mona Vale store in Sydney’s Northern Beaches with the coffee to be then brought into our other Flannery stores so that you all can enjoy it.

“Nothing but Coffee is about ticking all the boxes. We hold a very strong vision and will not waiver from that. That’s why we have partnered with Flannerys to offer exclusivity of our blend, as we know Flannery shoppers hold the same values as us. Organic is key, our coffee is Fair Trade and we also donate a percentage to a not-for-profit charity Coffee Kids” Mitch says.

“We have been shoppers of Flannerys for as long as we can remember and we knew exactly what we wanted our coffee to offer other Flannery shoppers. We are still pinching ourselves that our dream is coming true.”
