Dill and Pecan Salmon

An easy bake dinner this summer

Ingredients

  • One large wild caught salmon fillet (order from your local Flannerys)
  • A handful of fresh dill, roughly chopped (or 2 tsp dried dill)
  • 1 garlic glove, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Flannerys Organic Coconut Oil (or organic butter)
  • 1 1/2 cups Flannerys Pecan Kernels
  • Flannerys Himalayan Salt + fresh black pepper to season generously

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees or use the BBQ
  • Add dill, pecans, garlic, salt, pepper and oil/butter to a blender and pulse until roughly combined
  • Wash & dry salmon, then lay on baking foil on a tray
  • Cover the salmon with the pecan mixture, spreading evenly
  • Bake for roughly 20 minutes or until cooked to your liking
  • Serve with fresh organic lemon slices
