apple crumble oats

Banana Oat Cookies

Delicious flour & egg free oat cookies – with the added goodness of Flannerys Organic Peanut Butter!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe organic bananas – mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups Flannerys Organic Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Flannerys Organic Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup organic milk chocolate, chopped into chunks (or swap with cacao nibs or raisins)
  • pinch of sea salt

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • Mix mashed banana, oats, cinnamon, peanut butter and salt in a bowl
  • Gently fold in chocolate chunks
  • Scoop into cookie balls on a lined tray and bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes, until golden brown and cooked all the way through
