Amazonia Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • ONE pack of frozen Acai Pure or Acai Energy
  • Organic Apple Juice or Coconut Water – half a cup (add more to give a runnier consistency)
  • 1 organic frozen banana
  • ½ -1 cup granola

Optional: natural sweetener, additional toppings of choice.

Method

  1. Combine frozen acai & banana (broken into chunks) in a high powered blender.
  2. Add juice or coconut water to blend until thick & smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, sliced fruit and/or other toppings.
